Helén Olausson, CEO of Averra Group AB, has an extensive background in property and business development. She has served as CEO of Årehus AB, Duved Framtid AB, Refactory Properties AB and Brolägdan Holding AB. She has worked in green venture capital through EkoNord Invest and held executive roles in both media and real estate management, including as CEO of Länstidningen Östersund. She has broad board experience from leading real estate companies such as Wihlborgs, Fabege and Klövern, as well as public appointments including Vice Chair of Lantmäteriet.

George Johnny Capor is the Chairman of the Board of Averra Group and has over 30 years of international experience as a corporate executive, CFO, and strategic adviser. He previously served as Group CFO and Deputy CEO of KF, where he was responsible for finance, banking, real estate, and investments within a group of more than 8,000 employees and a turnover of EUR 3.5 billion. Johnny has extensive expertise in international M&A, financial restructuring, and investment management, and has held senior board roles at Folksam and AP2 (Second Swedish National Pension Fund). He plays a key role in shaping Averra Group’s strategic direction and future growth.

Christer Elmehagen is a Swedish business executive with a background in law, economics, and military leadership as a reserve officer. He served as CEO of AMF Pension from 1998 to 2008, one of Sweden’s largest pension funds. Christer currently holds several board positions in the private sector, including Chair of Optimalprint A/S, and has served as Chair of Micronic AB. He is Vice-Chair of the Swedish Employers’ Association for Insurance Companies and a board member of the Swedish Insurance Federation. At Averra Group, Christer provides strategic oversight and governance expertise, with a strong focus on financial stewardship and lasting value creation.
